As a Video Editor, you will search for visual assets to turn scripts and voiceovers into high-retention YouTube videos using strong pacing, clean visuals, and intentional sound design. You’ll follow our editing standards while also bringing creative judgment to improve clarity, engagement, and viewer satisfaction.

Proficient in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Capcut, etc.)
Strong pacing, audio balancing, and visual storytelling ability
Experience editing longform videos (1 year+)
Reliable internet and hardware capable of editing HD footage
As a Script Writer, you will research topics and write engaging, structured scripts designed for YouTube audience retention. Your writing must be clear, factual, and formatted to make editing and voiceover production efficient.
