As a Video Editor, you will search for visual assets to turn scripts and voiceovers into high-retention YouTube videos using strong pacing, clean visuals, and intentional sound design. You’ll follow our editing standards while also bringing creative judgment to improve clarity, engagement, and viewer satisfaction.

Requirements:

● Proficient in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Capcut, etc.)
● Strong pacing, audio balancing, and visual storytelling ability
● Experience Editing longform videos (1year+)
● Reliable internet and hardware capable of editing HD footage

As a Script Writer, you will research topics and write engaging, structured scripts designed for YouTube audience retention. Your writing must be clear, factual, and formatted to make editing and voiceover production efficient.

Requirements:

As a Thumbnail Designer, you will create high-performing YouTube thumbnails that are clear, emotionally compelling, and consistent with each channel’s visual identity. Your primary job is to make the right viewer click without using misleading or exaggerated bait.

Requirements:

● Strong portfolio of YouTube thumbnails (evidence of CTR results preferred)
